What we collect

When you fill in the Clear Aligner Fit Check form on this page, we collect your first name, last name, mobile number and email address, and the answers you give us about your smile, any previous braces or aligner treatment, your age band, your suburb and when you would like to get started.

Who sees it

Your details go to Stanmore Bay Dental Studio and to Octavius AI, the systems provider that runs the booking and follow-up software behind this page on the practice's behalf. Nobody outside the practice and its systems provider sees your details.

How we use it

We use your details to text and call you about your Clear Aligner Fit Check, to arrange a time with reception, and to send you reminders about your appointment. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell it or pass it on to anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you remain a patient or an active enquiry, and for the period New Zealand law requires practices to keep patient records after that.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any text from us at any time, or ring us and ask reception to stop contacting you. Either way, we will stop.
